I should be flattered

I have a relatively minor blog. I merit only six followers and a few thousand hits a day. I am not a mega-blogger, yet I have the most dedicated Troll following anywhere. This is a major part of the reason that I did away with my moderation changes. I have people who are willing to set up five or six google accounts to attack me on my own blog. There are people who have taken sock puppetry to a level that you could call it an art form, just for the purpose of trying to make me look the fool on another person's blog. It sort of reminds me of an interview I heard on the radio with Colin Farrell. They congratulated him on becoming an "A List" actor, he said he wasn't "A List" but he was definitely "B List". When asked how he knew that, he said it was based on the number of teenage girls outside his hotel room screaming his name in the middle of the night.

Well while I have not made it to the "A List" of the blogosphere, I am definitely "B List". I mean when there are people who will go through the trouble of establishing five or six google accounts just to try to fool my moderation system so that they can attack me on my own blog... I mean that is dedicated fandom right there. It may be the negative psycho type fans, you know the ones that love an actor so much they just want to do them physical harm for some odd reason that only makes sense in that alternate reality they call home... but it is fandom nonetheless. I guess I should be flattered...

A few thousand hits a day? Dude, if I hit 75 I cheer! You're doing very, very well. Kol hakavod and ignore the nudniks.
